Nina Ebkar

Nina Ebkar has been working as a Senior Legal Counsel/Contract Lawyer at KTH, Research Support Office, Civil Law and Contracts since 2020. Nina is the contact person assigned to the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS). She drafts, reviews and negotiates the agreements KTH enters into as a Swedish public agency, mainly agreements within the field of research. Her work includes the review of funding organization's general terms. Frequent agreements are Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA), Consortium Agreements (CA), Research Co-operation Agreements, Contract Research Agreements (CRA), Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), Agreements on Centers, Letters of Intent (LoI), Letters of Committments (LoC), Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and other commercial contracts. Nina also assists with commercial legal aspects in agreements within the educational field and provides general legal advice regarding commercial law. Nina is specialized in Intellectual Property (IP).
