About me

My research focuses on second-order nonlinearities in III-V compounds. In particular, I concentrate my attention on efficient second-harmonic generation in nanostructured zincblende gallium phosphide.

I took a master degree in Nanotechnologies for ICTs, a joint program between the Polytechnic University of Turin, Grenoble Institute of Technology (INP-Phlema) and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) and a bachelor degree in physical engineering at the Polytechnic University of Turin.

Being a strong believer in the necessity to include more women in science, I am an active member of the IEEE Women in Engineering affinity group and of the Linnaeus Centre in Advanced Optics and Photonics (ADOPT) female network.
