Emma Tegling

I received my Ph.D. degree in January, 2019 from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. My B.Sc. and M. Sc. degrees in Engineering Physics, also from KTH, I received in 2011 and 2013, respectively. I have also visited and conducted research at California Institute of Technology (Caltech) (2011), the Johns Hopkins University (2013) and University of California at Santa Barbara (2015, 2017).

My research interests are within analysis and control of large-scale networked systems. I am particularly interested in fundamental limitations to the scalability of distributed control strategies, and how they impact the transition to a distributed electric power generation paradigm.
