PhD at KU Leuven, Deep Learning and Neurophysiology
Since, mid-November 2015 and until end of November 2017, I worked as a PhD student at the Neurophysiology Department of KU Leuven, under the supervision of Rufin Vogels (link). There, I performed Computational Modelling tasks, using Artificial Neural Networks (deep Convolutional Neural Networks), on neurons of the brain's visual system.
Data Science, Machine Learning in Industry
Starting from December 2017, I work as a Data Scientist for Faction XYZ in Antwerp, Belgium.
My main interests lie in Machine Learning and Artificial/Deep Neural Networks. Feel free to contact me with questions regarding the University, Machine Learning MSc, my courses etc. You can check my short posts on the path I followed in Academia here.
