Jose Carlos Fernandez Navarro

I have a degree in Software Engineering and a Master Degree in Computational Biology and Data Analysis. I have accumulated more than seven years of experience in software and systems development mainly applied to biological problems and data analysis. 

I have decided to pursuit a Phd which focus on data science, data analysis and development of methods/tools for analysis and visualization of spatially resolved single cell transcriptomics data. I will also try to address biological questions with the developed methods/tools mainly related to brain diseases and cancer. 

I will try to keep this updated with research notebooks and publications.
