Stephan Schröder
About me
Stephan studied Mikrosystemtechnology at the HTW in Berlin, Germany and received his Dipl. Ing.(FH) in 2010. He started in 2011 his Ph.D. at the Department of Nano and Microsystems at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Stephan is currently focusing his studies on 3D integration and packaging technologies of MEMS devices. He further concentrates on advanced wire bonding technology and develop novel integration concepts to fabricate non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) emitters.
