DESCRIPTION :
Example of using Function Block POK,  
 to write one byte into target memory.
 The adress must be accessable, otherwise you'll get 'DISCONNECT'
 from the debugger and further you cant use the ISaGraf-Kernel till you 
 delete and unlink ISA11.
 Important to know: The range for byte is zero to 255. Other Numbers
 are not allowed,
