DESCRIPTION :
Example of using Function Block POK,  
 to write four bytes into target memory.
 The adress must be accessable, otherwise you'll get 'DISCONNECT'
 from the debugger and further you cant use the ISaGraf-Kernel till you 
delete and unlink ISA11.
 Important to know: The Range for long-word is zero to (2^32-1).
Other numbers are not allowed,
