We will walk you through all the steps from applying to an advertisement to a screening interview, interview, client interview, reference calls to contract signing. Our presentation will be based on the Swedish recruitment market and how we at Academic Work are a big player in the field. We will specify and elaborate on how we work with Young Professionals to ensure that you, when you are looking for your first job, are comfortable with what you can expect from a typical recruitment process. Well touch on the area of the difference between being hired as a consultant and being recruited directly to a company.
