Content and learning outcomes

Course contents

  • Introduction to the program: short presentation of the entire program, the common part and the specializations. Presentation of the teachers and detailed descriptions of the courses in the first year.
  • Mathematics repetition: repetition primary of the high school mathematic courses A, B and C.
  • Study-techniques and report-writing.
  • Introduction to computer-systems and information-seeking.
  • Study trip: Visit to building-projects in the Stockholm area.

Intended learning outcomes

To repeat some high school mathematics and to give an introduction to studies at KTH and the Civil Engineering and Urban Management Program.
