Students will within the course, analyze, reflect over, re-evaluate and develop an established form of media (that differs from year to year).
This will be examined primarily through:
oral and written presentations during the course
• different types of creations (mock-ups, prototypes, illustrations of visions, scenarios etc.)
• a larger public presentation of the project at the end of the course.
The aim of the course is to get students in media technology to attend and explore the connection between technology, economy and social factors in the technical innovation and development process. This is being done in cooperation between course participants as the course is conducted in project form.
Students who have read the course should be able to:
• generate a holistic picture of the links connecting media techniques, media content, communication processes, and target groups
• participate in and manage larger media projects
• cooperate and work goal-oriented in groups where different competences and interests are represented.
