PMH Webinar: Production Cockpit and Machine Connectivity
The seminar “Production Cockpit and Machine Connectivity” was organized 2020-10-09, by PMH Application Lab with the main speaker from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology in Aachen, Germany and had 12 participants from research and industry.
The seminar acted as a dissemination event of the Swedish-German testbed project where the following applications that were developed on the German side of the project were presented.
The seminar presented a journey to a remotely supervisable, connected machine where we discussed the potential of a sophisticated industry 4.0 ecosystem, share the experience in getting started with handling process data and evaluated the benefit of the implemented monitoring system, and took a look at hands-on example applications.
A huge thank you to all the participants, including representatives from Scania, Sandvik, Leax, Erasteel, Chalmers University, Tampere University, Fraunhofer IPT, and PMH Application Lab, for the interesting discussions that could lead to future collaborations and continuation of this project.
