Intended learning outcomes
The course aims at providing fundamental knowledge on project management in different kinds of industrial settings. Having completed the course, the students will be prepared to work in industrial project settings. After the course the students will (1) be familiar to basic project models and project tools, (2) know the fundamental activities and responsibilities of the project manager from idea to handing over the project result to the customer, (3) be familiar with contextual complexity and its effects, (4) know the central project roles and their responsibilities, and finally (5) understand the role of communication in project settings.
