ME2324 Strategic Management in Technology Shifts 6.0 credits

Companies are important both in driving technological transformation through technological innovations and in managing the effects of innovations created by other actors. Of course, these processes are also affected by major societal challenges and changes. The course therefore focuses on how technological innovation and transformation are managed in companies and other types of organizations. The course aims for students to understand strategic management and organizational change related to technological change, as well as to understand how organizations can work to solve complex industrial and technological challenges.
