IMF's flagship publication prominently cites work by Gustav Martinsson

The IMF's Fiscal Monitor  that is published ahead of the IMF/World Bank Spring Meetings which all finance ministers attend cites the work of Gustav Martinsson prominently. It even uses the data that is provided in Gustav's paper.
