The project may have the form of a theoretical or experimental study that is planned together with the examiner. The project can also be performed as a literature review. The content shall be associated with a long-term sustainable societal development.

After the course, the student shall be able to report the results of a project work within the specialisation soil and rock mechanics.

The course literature is determined at the start of the course. The literature is individually selected together with the examiner.
Examination and completion
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
