Settings and configuration of KTH e-mail

Quick reference guides that help you with email settings on different platforms and programs.

New Outlook for Windows

 Windows 11 devices have the new Outlook as the default mailbox application. The new Outlook is not a supported e-mail client at KTH.
If you wish to use Outlook client on your Windows 11 computer, you have to use the Outlook client version within the Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Lägg till e-post i Outlook (classic) i Windows .

Nya Outlook i MacOS

Outlook behöver vara inställt till att köra "Äldre Outlook" för att fungera med KTH:s e-post system,då det fungerar inte i den nyare versionen av Outlook.
Om du råkat aktivera den nya versionen av Outlook, behöver du ändra tillbaka till "Äldre Outlook".
På support.microsoft.com  kan du läsa om hur du gör för att ändra tillbaka till den äldre outlook versionen.
