KTH Floods workshop

The aim of the workshop is to share and communicate past and present research related to floods and look forward to potential collaborations.

This workshop will provide an opportunity to gather all KTH researchers and other interested parties working with or interested in FLOODS, from all perspectives (urban and rural; social and natural implications; grey and green solutions; mapping and communication,…).

Program for the workshop (time 2 hour):

  •  Short introduction where we present context and mention “Water and Society” cluster research
  •  Speed talks (5 minutes) by participants in the workshop
  •  Discussions with all workshop participants divided into smaller, mixed groups to answer some predetermined questions
  • Gathering in the whole group and quick reporting of the most important points from the various smaller groups

This workshop will be arranged by the new cluster Water and Society  at WaterCentre@KTH
