Outcomes to receive an E grade:
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Describe how the construction process works – from comprehensive plan to detailed development plan including the regulations that govern construction in a municipality, how a building permit application is handled including the regulations associated with the role of the quality manager
- Explain the roles of the client and contractor, various forms of compensation and contracts, and the contract agreements that regulate the relationship between various parties in the construction market
- Understand the role of a construction company in society and its job in the construction process
- Understand the urban organisation of construction as it applies to construction legislation, environmental legislation, and other general environmental issues that apply to construction

Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
