Challenges and strategies for IEM Departments in the Nordic countries: sharing ideas and experiences.
Participation at the ScAIEM Heads of Department Summit is ”by invitations only".
The Summit is restricted to department heads, or equivalent, or to somebody assigned by the head to represent the departement at the summit meeting.
The theme of the conference – back to the core, beyond core – represents an opportunity for meeting to discuss both operative challenges and more long-term issues. Through the Summit, the heads for the IEM Departments in the Nordic countries share ideas and experiences in to be better prepared for future challenges.

Program
During this half-day session (by invitation only) we will address two themes:
- Delivery – How do we manage our current activities such as education, research and impact?
- Transformation – What are the main challenges that currently, in short, mid and long term, will change the way our focus and the way we work?
