This episode of Intervention features Trevor Pinch and Wiebe Bijker who in 1984 published their seminal paper The Social Construction of Facts and Artefacts (SCOT), which became a central part of the emerging Science and Technology Studies (STS). Now, 25 years later, The Trondheim Workshop on SCOT stakes out future paths for studying science and technology, and also for discussing the importance of friendship in scholarly work.
