This episode of Intervention features Fahad Mustafa, filmmaker and director of Powerless, which was screened during the film festival ‘Tales From Planet Earth’ in Stockholm, 2014. Through Powerless, Mustafa puts a lens to unexplored narratives of electricity in developing economies. We were interested in knowing what is the role of filmmaking for environmental and justice movements and how to make a documentary interesting.
