NEXUS is organised with three standing bodies: The Board of Directors sets strategic direction, the Executive Team runs operations, and the Impact Advisory Group (IAG) brings stakeholders into strategic decisions. The Board consist of representative from the partner universities and institutes (Chalmers, IFFS, KTH, LiU, LTU, RISE, UU) and the industrial partners in two segments: current nuclear industry; start-ups, ventures, and other partners; plus an independent Chair and the Scientific Director. 

The Executive team interacts with the research groups at the universities and institutes through the Research Pillar (RP) Leaders.
