International Cooperation
KTH became involved in international cooperation in an early stage, and is today running a large number of international projects and cooperates with prestigious universities worldwide. KTH is also an attractive university for international students. During 2012 KTH welcomed 1372 exchange students and a large number of international master's students. The international activities are coordinated by the International Relations Office.

KTH cooperates with the leading technical universities in Europe and with prestigious universities worldwide. In total, KTH has approximately 250 exchange agreeements. During 2012, KTH had 1372 incoming and 509 outgoing exchange students.

Master's programmes in English
KTH offers a large number of Master's programmes in English. These programmes are open to students with a Bachelor's degree within a discipline relevant to the programme. The Master's programmes present an opportunity for students with excellent academic performance to obtain a competitive Master's degree of the highest international standard. KTH also offers Erasmus Mundus Master's programmes and EIT master's programmes - both of which include compulsory mobility and excellent scholarship opportunities.

International Projects
KTH manages and participates in a large number of international projects. The majority are funded by EU cooperation programmes such as LLLP/Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus, Marie Curie, Tempus and Leonardo da Vinci, others by national programmes such as Linnaeus-Palme.
International networks
KTH is a member of several prestigious international networks.
Prioritised regions
When it comes to establish new collaborations within education and research, KTH will focus on four selected regions. These are India, China, Southeast Asia and Brazil. These priorities will primarily form a base for recruiting non-European master's students.
International research cooperation
International research cooperation is coordinated by the KTH Research Office.
