Students join our team primarily through two roles: Student Research Assistant and Media Design & Student Assistant Media Design & PR. Each offers a distinct pathway into Centre X, allowing students to work closely with researchers, engineers, and industry partners. Together, our technical and creative student assistants play an important role in supporting our manufacturing research, and in communicating this work to a wider audience.

Student Research Assistant
The Research Student Assistant position within Centre X offers you a unique opportunity to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact.
Your Tasks
Support of the Centre X staff in the following tasks:
- Execution of R&D projects (literature review, simulations, experiments etc.)
- Planning and organization of meetings, workshops and conferences with industry.
- Preparation of presentations and project documentation.
Your Skills
- Student at KTH in a subject related to mechanical (Maskinteknik, Industriellteknik och hållbarhet, Industriell production etc) or relevant practical experience.
- You are a team player and have a high grade of proactivity.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Good language skills in English, fluency in Swedish will be considered a merit.

Student Assistant Media Design & PR
This Media Design and PR Student Assistant position at Centre X offers you a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact and support the centre by strengthening communication and networking.
Your Tasks
Support of the Centre X staff in the following tasks:
- Design of digital and print media.
- Production of PR materials.
- Website design and maintenance.
- Content creation and publishing.
- Event organisation support.
- Continuous development of a communication plan.
Your Skills
- Student at KTH (subject related to media and communication, Medieteknik, Media Management) or relevant.
- You are a team player and have a high grade of proactivity.
- Experience with MS Office and Adobe Suite.
- Good language skills in English, fluency in Swedish will be considered as a merit.
