Åsa Persson joins the European Scientific Advisory Board on Climate Change
KTH is now represented on the 15-member EEA Scientific Advisory Board providing independent, science-based guidance to support EU climate policy.
On 4 December, the European Environment Agency (EEA) Management Board appointed the 15 experts who will serve on the Advisory Board on Climate Change during its second four-year term, running from 2026 to 2030. We are pleased to announce that Åsa Persson, strategic adviser at the KTH Climate Action Centre, is among the new members, beginning on 24 March 2026.
The Board brings together senior scientific experts from diverse climate-related disciplines to advise on EU climate policy and help advance the path toward climate neutrality and resilience by 2050.
