How are human impacts on planetary processes affecting our future? What are the hidden costs of the green transition on local ecosystems and populations in the Global South? How can technological advances be put at the service of halting biodiversity loss? These are some of the questions explored by an international selection of films that will be screened as a part of our Future Planet Film Series, organised in collaboration with the Goethe Institut.

While many technological and political advances have been made in sustainability and climate over recent years, lots of challenges remain. The science is clear: we need to act quickly to halt global warming, biodiversity loss and the exposure of vulnerable populations to adverse living conditions.
