New check-in function for group room bookings at KTH Flemingsberg
During December 2025, a new check-in function will be introduced for group room bookings at KTH Flemingsberg. You will still book group rooms online, but you must also check in digitally within 15 minutes after the booking’s start time. Otherwise, the group room will be available for other students. The hope with the update is that fewer group rooms will be empty.
More students are studying at KTH Flemingsberg, which is increasing the demand for group rooms. To reduce the risk of booked group rooms being empty, KTH is introducing a new check-in function for booked group rooms in Flemingsberg, which will go live in December, 2025.
Here's how to book a group room and check in at Flemingsberg:
- Book a group room via the student log-in in TimeEdit .
- To keep your booked group room, you must check in on-site. Check in by scanning the QR code on a sign outside the group room you have booked. You can check in no earlier than five minutes before the booking's start time, and no later than 15 minutes after the booking’s start time.
If you do not check in on time, the group room will be available for other students.
Other improvements
In addition to the check-in requirement, KTH is also introducing better language support in Swedish and English. The bookable time is also extended to 20:00 in the evening.
