Francesco Fuso-Nerini, director at KTH Climate Action Centre, recently participated in an interdisciplinary event focused on the Global Goals (SDGs). The event took place during Stockholm Summit 2022 and brought together high school students and scholars from different universities to discuss climate and sustainability agendas.

During the event, high school students had the opportunity to discuss different aspects related to climate and sustainability with scholars from several academic disciplines and universities, including KTH. The high school students were also able to ask questions about sustainability, as well as learn more about how researchers today are working to find solutions to climate related issues and challenges.

Three high schools participated in the event, Anna Whitlocks gymnasium, S:t Eriks gymnasium and Kungsholmens västra gymnasium. Each high school curated a session where one of the 17 Global Goals was discussed. The participating researchers did not know prior to the event which one of the Global Goals they would be discussing.
