KTH account for new students
There are certain rules that regulate the time when you as a new student can activate your KTH account for the first time. On this page you will find relevant information on this.
The rules for activating a KTH account may differ depending on the type of studies you are admitted to
When you are admitted as a Bachelor (B.Sc.) student
If you are admitted on Bachelor's studies, you get information on how to activate your KTH account on roll-call event.
When you are admitted as an exchange student
If you are admitted as an exchange student, you can get your KTH account activated on the Arrival day. More information can be found on the pages for Newly admitted exchange students .
When you are admitted as a Master (M.Sc.) student
If you are admitted as an international student on Master's studies (M.Sc.), you can get your KTH account activated on the Arrival days. More information can be found on the pages for Newly admitted degree programme students .
When you are admitted as a non-programme student
If you are a non-programme student, admitted to freestanding courses given on campus or online, you can get your KTH account two weeks before your course starts.
