Export to calendar

On March 17, 2025, between 9.00 AM and 3.00 PM, you have the opportunity to get vaccinated against HPV at the Student Health Services facilities at Stockholm University. This offer applies to everyone with a cervix born between 1994 and 1999. By getting vaccinated, you increase your protection against cervical cancer – while also helping to eliminate the disease in Sweden.

This offer is also available to those without a Swedish personal identity number or those who were previously vaccinated in school. The vaccine used today provides broader protection than previous vaccines. After your vaccination, you will also receive a self-sampling HPV test to take and send in.

Don’t forget to bring your ID!

Part of a National Initiative

Until 30 June, 2025, free HPV vaccination is being offered to the target group in all regions of Sweden. This initiative is part of a national effort to eliminate cervical cancer in Sweden.

Free HPV vaccination is already offered to children in grades 5–6 through school programs, but in order to eliminate the disease, more people with a cervix born between 1994 and 1999 need to get vaccinated. The vaccination initiative at Stockholm University is carried out in collaboration with Regionalt cancercentrum Stockholm Gotland.
