The Baltic University Programme: BUP Student Conference 2023

Take part in BUP Student Conference 2023, focusing on the topic Sustainable production and consumption: A circular economy perspective. The conference will be held in Kaunas, Lithuania 9-12 May and is free of charge. Apply no later than 2 April 2023.

KTH is part of The Baltic University Programme (BUP), which is one of the largest university cooperation's in the world, with about 90 participating universities in the Baltic Sea Region, cooperating for education and research in Sustainable Development and Democracy.

The Baltic University Programme’s Coordinating Secretariat at Uppsala University and Kaunas University of Technology, proudly present the BUP Student Conference 2023. This year, we are focusing on the topic Sustainable production and consumption: A circular economy perspective.

The conference is free of charge and applications are open for students studying at bachelor and master level at The Baltic University Programme’s participating universities. In total 80 students from BUP participating universities will be selected to take part.

The first full day of the conference is held together with the International Young Researchers Conference hosted by Kaunas University of Technology. This means that the BUP Student Conference will have a focus on the development of young researchers’ competences in connection to sustainable industrial development, sustainable production and sustainable consumption.
