RMIT University Melbourne: Global Student Community Dialogue
The Global Student Community Dialogue is an online three-hour bite-sized event, structured as an interactive and collaborative discussion forum in which students are encouraged to explore the global impact they would like to create in building the world of tomorrow.
Time: Tue 2021-11-30 07.30 - 10.30
Location: Online
Students are invited to apply directly to RMIT via the Global Student Community Dialogue - Inbound Exchange brochure here . Applications close 1 November 2021.
Aligned with five of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the dialogue will provide your students with the opportunity to connect and collaborate with their peers on topics across equity, sustainability and well-being at an international and cross-cultural level.
During the event, students will be invited to deep-dive into two communities of practice (self-selected), each aligned with one of the five chosen SDGs, to reflect on their own cultural experiences and perspectives, and visualise potential solutions and areas for collaboration. It is an opportunity for your students to represent your university, share knowledge, and build connections with students across the globe.
Scheduled for 30 November 2021, 5:30 - 8:30pm (Melbourne time - AEST), the dialogue will be sponsored by RMIT and will be at no cost to students. To ensure the dialogue allows space for individual contribution, places will be limited.
