Studying abroad is a unique opportunity and experience, a chance for you to round out your résumé while discovering the world, learning about new cultures, and making friends for life. As a student at KTH, you can spend part of your study time abroad without additional costs or extended study time.
Conduct your thesis as a field study
Through KTH, you have the opportunity to receive a travel grant to conduct field studies in a low- or middle-income country via KTH and Minor Field Studies.
Go on exchange studies as part of your KTH studies! Applications for exchange studies are open in November and February. When to apply depends on whether you study your entire education at KTH or if you only study a master's programme here.
As a KTH student you can carry out your degree project abroad - both on a undergraduate and graduate level. Students who do their thesis within Europe can apply for Erasmus scholarships just like for regular exchange studies.
