Course development

The overall experience of the students was positive and has improved compared to the course evaluation of the previous course round (HT22). Planned improvements for next course round: (1) Additional adaptation of the course to students background and experiences is required to ensure the course is appreciated equally by students of different gender. The examples used in the course on sustainability and project management will be revised to ensure that they are representative and that all students can relate to them; (2) This year the possibility to complement for missed workshop was introduced which was appreciated. This activity was appreciated and will be done also next year; (3) The schedule was not optimal as many students were traveling to their home countries and asked for the oral presentation to be done before the winter holidays. Next year the student presentations will be scheduled for week 50; (4) The structure of the assignment will also be changed to give the possibility for additional feedback.
