On this page, you can track the course's development over time. Once the course analysis is published, data for each course offering is displayed, including the number of registered students, course results, and planned improvements for the next session. All course syllabuses and course memos are shown on the page Archive.

The information can help prospective, current, and former students with course selection, or to follow up on their own participation. Teachers, course coordinators, examiners, program directors, and others can use the page as a resource for course development.

2025

Autumn 2025-50908 ( Start date 25 Aug 2025, English )

Changes planned for the next course offering

• The course responsible/examiner will perhaps offer the course over the entire autumn semester (two periods) instead of just period one, to accomodate for students that have various workload during that time. • In general, students that are taking the course have very different prerequisites. Some of them specialize in integral equation solution/MoM methods as their PhD topics, while others have never even heard about the term before. I think the course is at a good level however, and one thing which contributes that there are mathematical sub-tasks as parts of the home assignments, that provide a good mix of theoretical derivations and numerical implementations. Thereby, even more experienced students can benefit by delving into more theoretical aspects of integral equations, which they may not have considered in detail. While on the other hand, inexperienced students can build their knowledge from a mathematical base all the way into numerical implementations.
