- The PDF-based “Book of Instructions” will be translated into Canvas modules aligned with the different modules that constitutes the structured course process
- Feedback instructions for seminars will further emphasize detailed discussion of positive feedback, in addition to the focus on improvements
- A digital course room will be considered as an alternative way for students to communicate within the course
- A dialogue will be held with the host of the study visit to adjust the visit according to student feedback
- Clear guidelines specifying where students should incorporate “use of AI disclosure” in each submission
