Intensive care and anesthesia is heavily dependent on the support from medical instruments. This course provides knowledge about methods in mechanical ventilation, parenteral infusion, hemodialysis, patient monitoring and extracorporeal circulation. In a field work you go deeper into one these areas and additionally investigates a relevant technical problem.
