The course is given entirely remotely with teacher-led meetings on-line in the form of seminars. These contain lectures and discussions of these as well as video and written material studied before the seminars. The seminars are therefore mandatory and require active participation. In addition to this, the course includes an assignment, literature studies, and a written take-home exam.
CH212V Visual ergonomics – risk assessment and development 2.5 credits
Do colleagues complain of headaches? Do you bend forward to see better most of your working time? Perhaps the lighting conditions could be improved? In this course we go through the cause and effect of poor lighting conditions and how they can be improved. We review rules and laws as well as measurement methods for evaluation and develop measures for risk minimization. The course is given as on-line seminars Thursdays 13-15. Preparation for these is needed for active participation in the seminars. Course starts on Thursday, January 18 at 1 p.m.
