Computer science professor Martin Monperrus honoured for pioneering the use of Machine Learning

Martin Monperrus, professor of software engineering, has, together with two international colleagues, been honoured with the ACM SIGSOFT Impact Paper Award for a software development paper from 2009.
He and his colleagues receive the 2024 award “for pioneering the use of machine learning to assist developers in generating code snippets, paving the way for today’s intelligent code assistance tools.”
