Accommodation at Hemmet
"Hemmet" means home in Swedish and is located on KTH Campus. There are larger studios suitable for couples, and smaller studios for one tenant. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. They also have a glassed-in balcony or a small outdoor space if they are located on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the building, and a small storage closet next to each studio.
Accommodation offered at Hemmet
Hemmet offers studio apartments with a private kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom. The majority of the apartments are single studio apartments of 21 m². There are also a few larger studios of 25 m² suitable for couples. The rooms are furnished with a 90 cm bed in the 21 sqm apartments and 140 cm bed in the 25 sqm apartments. Kitchen table and two chairs are provided.

Rent adjustment
Rent prices are annually adjusted by the landlords, and as a result, KTH adjusts the rents accordingly. During 2025 the increase is expected to be 6-10% divided on several occassions. The first adjustment was done on January 1st 2025, and the new price is shown above.
