Accommodation at Teknikringen

Teknikringen consist of five buildings on KTH's main campus with several types of accommodation offered, including different studio apartments and shared apartments.

Accommodation offered at Teknikringen

There are five buildings with several types of apartments: single studios for one tenant, a few larger single studios suitable for couples, two-bedroom apartments shared by two tenants, and three-bedroom apartments shared by three tenants. Tenants in the apartments with two and three bedrooms have their own bedroom and shares a kitchen, living space and bathroom. If one of the tenants moves out, the staying tenants should expect a new flatmate to move in. This can happen with little or no notice, although the aim is always to inform all parts in advance. The apartments are not mixed gender, unless specifically requested by both students.

All accommodations are furnished with a basic set of furniture proivded by KTH which is included in the rent.

larger single studio, suitable for couples (8700-9700 SEK/monthly)
two-bedroom apartments, 2 tenants (7500 SEK/monthly for each tenant)
three-bedroom apartments, 3 tenants (7500 SEK/monthly for each tenant)

Rent

Rent is SEK 7500 - 9700 per month. Water and electricity are included in the rent, however, internet is not included and must be arranged by the tenant. You can find information about internet in the information for tenants at Teknikringen .

Rent prices are annually adjusted by the landlords, and as a result, KTH adjusts the rents accordingly. Tenants are notified at least two months in advance of any rent adjustment.
