Förändringar som införs till nästa kursomgång
Improve visibility of course structure and roles:
Although workflows and responsibilities were clearly defined, this information was not always fully absorbed by students. Key aspects can be reinforced through brief in‑class reminders, visual summaries and clearer signposting at project milestones.
Reinforce communication of deliverables and expectations:
Deliverables and assessment criteria were available from the beginning of the course. These can be revisited at key transition points to help students better connect their ongoing work to the stated requirements.
Redesign the artificial lighting project:
The artificial lighting project will be revised using a different case where architects are directly involved and provide drawings and design material, enabling a more efficient process and stronger focus on lighting design decisions.
Strengthen software learning through clearer scaffolding:
To support students in internalizing new tools, short guided exercises or tutorials can be introduced earlier in the course to better prepare students for project work.
Support reflection and critical engagement:
More structured moments for reflection and discussion can be integrated into seminars, focusing on design justification, appropriate use of technology and professional decision making.

Förändringar som införs till nästa kursomgång
Several adjustments will be introduced in the upcoming course to enhance student experience and learning outcomes:
• Refined Scope of the PROB Project:
The PROB assignment will be scaled down in terms of area to allow students more time to focus on design details and create mock-ups. This change aims to balance ambition with feasibility, helping students better manage their workload.
• Clearer Grading Criteria:
Although grading criteria were improved this year compared to the previous offering, there is still room for clarification. For the next iteration, the criteria will be communicated even more clearly to ensure transparency and alignment with learning outcomes.
• Improved Course Structure and Responsiveness:
The teaching team continues to work on providing a clear course structure, both through early planning and flexible adjustments based on student needs as the course progresses.
• Enhanced Opportunities for Reflection:
A student survey comment highlighted the need for more space for self-reflection and monitoring personal progress. This feedback is being considered in the redesign, with the goal of either introducing a dedicated activity or making it clearer that the INLA component already supports this purpose.
