Course development

After discussing with program director, the lecture will be mainly given in English in the next year while relevant Swedish terminology will continue to be introduced and explained. A multiple-choice questions/quizzes in Canvas will be implemented. A quiz corresponding to a particular chapter is made public after that chapter is covered during the lectures. No grades are given. This allows students to practice on-line tests/quizzes based on multiple-choice, which is similar to the format of KS. A more balanced combination of blackboard-based instruction and PowerPoint slides will be used in future lectures. To promote the engagement, there is a thought to introduce workshop elements in connection with the exercises. This will be considered for future course rounds, and possibly workshop elements will be included in the exercise teaching.
