And I have now edited the preliminary date for the basic assignment: March 14.

We (eusysbio students) have an exam (Structural Biology course) on March 16. Would it be possible to extend the deadline at least one week after the exam?

I had troubles getting the Wang and Slonim papers from the links provided. Links that works better for me are

In addition, I had troubles getting hold of the Wold paper. I found another link, but it was broken, so I can't link to it. I have the paper on my computer, but I'm not sure I dare upload it though, due to copyright issues. Anyone in dire need of that paper can e-mail me (genfors@gmail.com), but please try google scholar first.

Also, is it me or is the Robertson et al. paper for question 11 and 12 not in the docs section? Question eleven is answerable without the paper, but question 12 becomes rather tough.

Ino, you have accidentally looked at the URL .../lab2/index.php which unfortunately contains an old file! If you simply follow the links (I think you hand-edited the URL?) you should get the real assignment. I removed the old file now. Sorry for the confusion.

No worries, I found it out soon after I posted my question. It was because I clicked on the assignment 2 link in this thread, but the link is broken now so that's good :).
