Intended learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, course participant should be able to:
- Apply traditional and advanced real estate valuation methods for various types of real estate properties.
- Describe and analyze challenges and limitations associated with gathering, interpreting, and utilizing real estate market data.
- Explain and analyze changes in market conditions for real estate valuation services.
- Understand different valuation standards and grasp the significance of transparency and sustainability considerations in property valuation procedures and practices.

- ÖVN1 - Exercises, 3.0 credits, grading scale: P, F
