Content and learning outcomes

Course contents

Lectures within a broad range of subjects within the Life Science Technology field, Presentation of own research results in poster form, discussing, formulating a written summary of the experiences from the annual Life Science.

Intended learning outcomes

After passing the course, the student should have:

- have gained new knowledge concering progress made within technologies för life sciences

- improved his/her interdisciplinary research communication skills.

For whom:

PhD Students, primarily within life science subjects.

Examination

    Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.

    The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.

    If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.

    Presence on lectures, active presentation of own research results in poster form, written summary of the student’s impressions from the LST-Day.
