The background for the three areas will be presented and discussed. In HRM the measurements of competence and the need of competence in the project will be in focus. Also how to ensure that the right personnel is available at the time when they are needed is important. Quality aims at ensuring quality in products and services complying with the standard ISO 10005 Guidelines for quality plan. Estimation of time and the risk of overrunning a project will be the main part of time management.
