Intended learning outcomes
After passing the course, students should be able to:
- simplify algebraic expressions
- determine function domains and carry out calculations involving powers, roots, logarithms, rational and trigonometric functions
- solve quadratic equations
- determine derivatives and integrals of commonly used functions, including simple applications
- solve logarithmic and trigonometric equations

- RED1 - Report, 1.5 credits, grading scale: P, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
