Course contents

  • Practical work with investment analysis and calculations in the short-run as well as in the long run (LCC).

    The process of project design management and purchase of administration and technical maintenance also whit energy consumption and environmental aspects in mind.

    To update maintenance plans for tenant ownership companies.

Intended learning outcomes

After the student has completed the course he/she manages:

To arrange and apply calculation methods based on the Rules for Economic Plan in tenant ownership.

To use methods like LCC and Aff in economical and technical management of real estate companies.
